New multiplatform app aims to improve your work performance

Rypple is a web-based social performance management software that helps managers and employees improve performance through social goals, continuous feedback and meaningful recognition. Well this does seem like an interesting initiative trying to fuse in a more fun and conversational work culture, but the main obstacle, which this app currently faces is wide acceptance.
