Biztech2 Ties Up With the CIO KLUB

Our sister concern Biztech2.0 has announced a wide-ranging, strategic alliance with the CIO KLUB, an initiative of the CIO Association. This strategic alliance includes a tie up across content, events and marketing. This partnership seeks to further empower Chief Information Officers (CIOs) of organizations in India. At Web18, the CIO community has always been a strong focus area and the company recognizes that IT is at the heart of businesses today and the CIO is today a key C-Level executive in most organizations. Biztech2.0 caters to this community, bringing it innovative and path breaking new options that will help them in their area of expertise. Biztech TV recently launched India’s first IP-based, online, on-demand video channel for CIOs, and is today among the world’s largest compendiums of videos focused on enterprise technology. The CIO KLUB has deep knowledge on Domain, Technology and Business and Web18 provides it with a means to disseminate the same to the community, online. The KLUB aims to set up and empower councils and chapters in multiple cities, with the help of Web18. The apex body will mentor them by sharing best practices through a knowledge sharing series, interactions with experts, and meetings with business leaders - CEO / CFO and CMO. The KLUB also aims to provide theme based knowledge to CIO’s on Security, Green IT, Women’ Leadership, Cloud Computing, Applications/ Solutions, and other technologies and tools. The relationship of Web18 with the CIO KLUB is customized to the needs of the KLUB, which is looking to scale up the organization and the association via education programs, relationship building with technology partners and knowledge sharing. The new partnership between Web18 and the CIO KLUB will include wide-ranging participation of key CIO KLUB members in the content initiatives of Biztech2.com, thus ensuring that the portal delivers the most-relevant content to CIOs. Also on the anvil are a series of joint events, including joint content management for all events, as well as an arrangement to organize and market all CIO KLUB events, including international ones. |
