Capcom Doesn't Believe in Customer Support

In case you've picked up Dead Rising for the Xbox 360 and don't have an HDTV to play it on, you're not going to be able to a read a lot of the game's text, and if you think Capcom's customer support is going to help you out, you're going to be sorely disappointed. What they will do is state the painfully obvious and make you feel really bad you couldn't afford a HDTV (just kidding).
When site 1up contacted the developer to inform them about people's plight, here's what they had to say in three simple steps:
