Fallout 3 (PS3) Gets Trophy Patch

A 24mb patch was released for both - the UK and US version of Fallout 3 (PS3) yesterday that added Trophy support. Apart from this, a friend Notification bug was squished and a few community issues were resolved. Patches for the PC and Xbox360 are supposedly in the pipelines, waiting for approval.
