Killzone 2 to be Displayed in 2007

After sending the entire community into a tizzy at E3 2005, Killzone 2 sort of just vanished from the radar without a trace. The trailer that was to showcase the raw horsepower of the PS3, was so cinematic and awesome, many felt it was too good to be in-game.

And now, Sony's head honcho Phil Harrison claims that the actual game looks... *wait for it*... even better than the trailer. Yeah you heard right, better than the trailer!

"With Killzone, the expectation internally and externally is very high - and I won't show it until it's going to exceed people's expectations. It will be next year before we show it again, but it's coming along very well. The team are working very hard, they know exactly what they have to do and there's no doubt they will achieve it, but there's nothing to be served by something that doesn't satisfy my goals for the project. I can tell you, though, that some elements already exceed the trailer," said Harrison in a recent interview with the Official PlayStation magazine.
