From developing to publishing, Rockstar’s seen it all. But their latest attempt at publishing has yet to see the light of day; in fact their project's been pushed to 2009. The game I’m talking about is L.A. Noire, developer Team Bondi’s take on the free roaming genre... only it’ll be set in the 40s in Los Angeles and will be a PS3 exclusive. L.A. Noire blends action, detection and complex storytelling and draws players into an open-ended challenge to solve a series of gruesome murders. Set in a perfectly recreated Los Angeles before the age of freeways, with a post-war backdrop of corruption, drugs and jazz, L.A. Noire will truly blend cinema and gaming. |
