PS2 price drop by month end

Sony may just give their console gaming audience something to rejoice about, till they present the PlayStation 3 at the upcoming E3. There may be a price drop on the PlayStation 2 from the current $149 to $129 or maybe even lower that that.
Though Sony has given no official word on it, a price drop right before E3 seems likely according to analysts. One thing's for sure, if Sony drops the price on it's current generation console, Microsoft is most likely to follow with a drop in price on it's Xbox.
