AMD yesterday announced the launch of the Fusion line of Accelerated Processing Units (APUs), which are basically processors and DirectX 11 compliant GPUs rolled into one, in India. Fusion Time The Fusion line up was announced at the Consumer Electronics Show (CES) early last month and while we were expecting them to land here soon, we didn’t expect it to be this soon. Anyway, the first arrivals include the E and C series APUs, codenamed Zacate and Ontario respectively.
Anyway, no pricing details have been revealed, but you can expect systems powered by these APUs to hit the market pretty soon. |
