Intel to Refresh Conroe In Early 2007

Dailytech has reported on Intel’s roadmap for its Conroe range of processors in the year 2007. 2007 will see the arrival of Intel’s Bearlake 3 series of chipsets alongside with the new Conroe processors. The refresh will bring with it a raise for the frontside bus from the current 1066 MHz to 1333 MHz and will add Intel’s new Trusted Execution Technology. The new models expected to be launched are the Core 2 Duo E6850, E6750 and E6650 and is expected to run at clock speeds of 3 GHz , 2.66 GHz and 2.33 GHz. |
