Intel To Unveil i7 Platform Tomorrow

News about Intel’s i7 platform emerged a while back, and the company is now all to set to release this new product lineup. Intel will unveil the product tomorrow with a worldwide simultaneous launch including India. As previously detailed the new platform is divided into 3 sections namely the Intel i7 920, 940 and 965 Extreme, which are clocked at 2.66 GHz, 2.93 GHz and 3.2 GHz respectively. Furthermore there is a new X58 motherboard platform being launched. We will be attending the India launch tomorrow and will bring further details about the new launch. Also look out for our detailed review and benchmarks we have gotten out of the platform in the Tech2 labs, later this week. |
