Touchmagix Media Unveils the MagixTable and the MagixFone

TouchMagix today unveiled the “MagixTable”. It is the first of its kind multi touch interactive table, leaving behind its bulky and complex predecessors. The MagixTable has a rich application suite as well as easy customization tools and forty simultaneous touch points. Mr. Anup Tapadia and Dr. R Mahelkar at the Launch Event. Mr. Anup Tapadia, the founder of TouchMagix Media, said “My exposure to Silicon Valley has helped me find gaps in touch driven technologies currently present in the market. The MagixTable has interactive applications that will make room for a new segment of marketing channels, to interact with the consumer. The product will create unforgettable experiences for its users which would lead its foray into the consumer segment. The use of this interactive technology has no boundaries. It is the next generation in the space of interactive media. Their uses are limitless.” TouchMagix Media also provides SDKs to third party developers to design their own content for use on the MagixTable. Additionally, the consumption of power is 60% less than other surface computers and works under high ambient light conditions. TouchMagix also launched the MagixFone. It uses a combination of hardware and software allowing any user to engage with a display using their mobile phone with just a simple local phone call. Although the initial applications are being seen in brand and corporate communications, these products are expected to penetrate at the consumer level and in varied other verticals such as education, healthcare and consumer lifestyle. |
