Fujifilm Launches 10 megapixel Z30 in India

Fujifilm has launched the 10 megapixel FinePix Z30 digital camera in India. The FinePix Z30 is available in black, orange and purple colors and will initially be available at an introductory price of Rs. 9,499, with a three year warranty. It will later be available for Rs. 11,499. The camera features a 2.7-inch TFT LCD screen, 3x optical zoom lens, 5.7x digital zoom, along with face detection technology, automatic red eye removal and shutter speed between 8 sec to 1/2000 sec. With successive movie mode, the Z30 allows users to create new one minute video clips; and mix two scenes along with editing of start and end points. The camera has two shutter releases, one for capturing still photos and the other for recording movies. It offers thirteen different scene positions with one-touch setting and allows users to transfer the photographs and videos through emails. The 117gm digicam measures 91mm x 59mm x 26mm and is capable of capturing images at several resolutions including 3648 x 2736, 3648x 2432, 2592 x 1944, 2048 x 1536, 1600 x 1200 and 640 x 480 pixels and recording videos at 30fps in 640x480 pixel or 320x240 pixel resolutions. The camera can capture still images in JPEG (EXIF 2.2), movie clips in AVI (MJPEG) while audio in WAV file formats. |
