XShot Makes Your Self-portraits Better

15 Aug, 2007, 11:00 am IST | by Gagan Gupta | Point and Shoot

For all our vain readers (you know who you are), who like to click photos of themselves at all times; the next logical step for you would be to get an XShot. Why? Just so you can get your extended arm out of the damn frame for once! Plus the camera won’t be close enough to show people details they don’t want to see in your self-portraits.

The XShot is an extendable arm (up to 3 feet) that attaches to the tripod slot of your digicam, for a sole purpose of taking good looking self-portraits of you.

Be warned though, the XShot is nothing like a real tripod so try not using it in low light, unless you want some wicked image blurring.

Too bad, it’s not available locally, but you could order it from their website.
