TDK to Release Pocket-sized Speakers

TDK is all set to release their new micro speakers NXT crazy-thin SoundVu technology - The Xa-10 flat panel speakers. These speakers are super slim enough to fit right into your pocket. So instead of just carrying your music around, think of this concept as carrying your entire stereo system with you wherever you go.

They're portable and light weight, so very mobile. The Xa-10 speakers can be powered by USB or batteries (not sure what kind yet). the 80 × 117 x 16-mm (3.15 x 4.6 x 0.63-inch) Xa-10 flat panel speaker brings a 1.2W x 2ch waft of breathy bass. We haven't yet heard the sound quality but at the cost of just Rs.1100 ($25) they could be worth your while.

They release in Japan in March, but don't expect to see them here anytime soon... or ever.
