Nikon launches the D7000 Digital SLR camera

Nikon India, the 100% subsidiary of Nikon Corporation, has just launched a new Digital SLR camera that will really make a photography enthusiast’s day. The D7000 has a compact, elegant body that is equipped with 16.2 mega pixels, a new CMOS image sensor and a new image-processing engine, EXPEED 2. This camera has been developed so that you can capture high-definition images exhibiting superior image quality. The D7000 kit comes with the AF-S DX 18-105mm f/3.5-5.6G ED VR lens. Even those who want to record videos will be pleased with the D7000, as it captures high-definition movies (1920 × 1080p, 24 fps). The Nikon D7000DSLR Camera This is what Mr. Hiroshi Takashina, Managing Director, Nikon India, had to say about the product, "The D7000 is a high-quality mid-class D-SLR that will respond to user demands for a variety of the latest camera technologies and functions, enabling them the high-quality, high-definition shooting that they desire, all in a durable, high-performance, yet compact body."
