Intex Launches 2 Dual-sim Handsets

Intex has launched two GSM dual SIM mobile phones - IN 4488 and IN 3080. The IN 4488 is a 'clamshell' model featuring Bluetooth, camera, FM radio, audio player, expandable memory up to 4 GB, phonebook memory with storage capacity up to 800 contacts, 2.4-inch TFT CCTN screen and an English-Hindi-Numeric keypad. The phone carries an MOP of Rs. 4600. The IN 3080 is a 'slider' phone that comes in three colors – red, orange and black. The handset features USB connectivity, Bluetooth, a camera, audio player and FM radio. It carries an MOP of Rs. 4200. Sanjay Kumar, dgm-telecom, Intex Technologies, said, "Seeing the excellent response to the various models of single SIM phones launched earlier, we decided to move up the technology value chain. With inclusion of IN 4488 and IN 3080, Intex's dual SIM phones portfolio has 10 variants to offer. The products are already in the pan-India market and have been showing good acceptance." |
