You heard that right - our prayers have been answered and there is in fact, another AVP game in development! While SEGA did say that the game's due next year, it hasn't been named or dated (more accurately), and there's no hint of what platforms its going to pounce on. What got me a little skeptical about it though, is that Rebellion's developing it. They are the guys who developed the first AVP game (which was awesome), but they also developed the heap of crap that was Alien versus Predator: Requiem, for the PSP. If only the only the old Monolith Studios would develop it (the guys who were behind AVP2, which was the best the franchise had to offer), I'd be fantasizing about Predatorians already! The game will be the first of three upcoming games, including Aliens: Colonial Marines by Gearbox, Aliens RPG (working title) by Obsidian. |
