Portable speakers are for those who like to party, no matter where they are. Here are three of the best.

Top 3 Portable Speakers

Why would anyone want portable speakers? Well, have you been on a vacation and wished for some good music, preferably from your own collection? It's happened to me so often that I’m saving up for a good pair myself. Having researched the matter in depth, I now present a list of three useful and affordable portable speakers. The first may seem a bit of a contradiction, but do consider what you get in return!

Stripy Music Studio
This one wins hands on. These speakers are light, stylish enough for any tiny party, and come packed with a brilliant sound. The only flip side, and let me bring this up first, is that it needs a power source at all times. This means you can't charge it and go camping.

Stripy Music Studio can do wonders if you need to equip yourself for an uber-chic social gathering in your farmhouse, or in a hotel room while you are traveling. You get two satellites plus one volume hub. The hub lights up when turned on, and you get options to control the bass and treble along with the volume.

The sound is really good. For its size, the bass it churns out is a feat in itself. What makes it worth the deal is the output. It’s loud and clear. What else do you need? Connect it to your laptop, MP3 player, or anything that has a 3.5mm jack. It costs Rs 3,000, but the price is likely to come down soon.
