EA Announces New Simpsons Game

EA has finally acquired the Simpsons license and is all set to unleash their newly acquired IP on next gen consoles as well as the PS2, the Wii, the PSP and Nintendo’s DS.

In the Simpsons Game Homer, Marge, Bart, and Lisa use exciting, all-new powers to save the world from rising chaos. To help the Simpsons, gamers at home must journey through all of Springfield (as well as vast worlds beyond!), vanquish an amazing array of villains, and fight their way through parodies of multiple popular games.

In true Simpsons tradition the game will be full of wicked humor and pop culture references and will hopefully be a lot more entertaining than The Simpsons: Hit and Run.
