Just Cause 2 a Possibility?

29 Oct, 2006, 3:00 pm IST | by Avinash Bali |

Even though this game won't join the ranks of GOTY (Game of the year) anytime soon, it seems to have performed well enough to warranty a sequel; hey that's the norm anywhere right? While nothing's official as of now, Swedish magazine Kong is carrying word that Avalanche CEO Christofer Sundberg claims that they're already working on a sequel and that the game will no longer be set on an island; expect a 'VERY large city environment' instead.

The game will be released cross platforms (PS3 included), just like its predecessor. Like I said earlier, there's no official word as of now, so take this news with a pinch of salt. Stay tuned for our review soon.
