Zapak, in collaboration with Pakistani developers Mindstorm Studios, have launched the official Cricket World Cup 2011 game, Cricket Power. Based on the Cricket Revolution engine (pretty much looks identical to last year's game, if truth be told), the difference lies in the licensing aspect of the game. Since it’s an official title, all of the ICC member teams that will take part in the upcoming Cricket extravaganza will be licensed and will have accurate player names and team kits. How much Power does this shot hold? Cricket Power will be available both as a physical copy via Zapak’s distribution channels, and as a digital download on Zapak.com. Cricket Power’s already been available to play on its official website since the first of February, but Zapak will provide easier payment options for Indian gamers. |
