Battlefield 3 Beta Dated, New Gameplay Video Released

Last night DICE released yet another awesome gameplay video for their highly anticipated shooter, Battlefield 3. This is the third part of their Fault Line series and is called Get That Wire Cut in which you obviously have to disarm a bomb. But things don’t go as planned and you end up exchanging blows with some bad dude showing off the game’s QTE based melee system. After that we have the usual running and gunning where stuff blows up, bad guys die and as usual tons of chaos ensues. 

 
And there’s a spot of good news for all those who ordered the limited edition of Medal of Honor as well. In case you didn’t know, that limited edition just got you into the beta for Battlefield 3 which according to EA should kick off this October.

This hopefully does not mean that the game will be delayed as most studios tend to apply a coat of polish with the feedback generated from betas.
