Being a self proclaimed Battlefield nut, I tend to follow (quite rabidly) anything and everything about Battlefield 3. We’ve already covered a boat load of Battlefield 3 stories in the past so if you’re a bit late to the party, you may wanna brush up on the game here.

The limited edition has what now?

So anyway, according to Video Games Zone, a French retailer got some dope on the special edition of Battlefield 3 and here’s what it contains.

  • Ten weapons from Battlefield 2
  • Four vehicles
  • Ten achievements
  • Twelve MP ranks
  • Ten dog tags
  • Upgraded versions of BF2 maps

This however has not been confirmed by DICE or EA so take it with a pinch of salt. Battlefield 3 releases for the Xbox360, PS3 and PC towards the end of the year (hopefully).
