Brink Gets Patched Across all Platforms

Developer Splash Damage’s free-running shooter, Brink, met with quite a rocky start. The rather ambitious multiplayer shooter from the makers of Quake Wars was panned by critics for its lackluster gameplay and horribly optimized performance. While Splash Damage can’t do much about the gameplay right now, they’re working on a bunch of patches for all three platforms to ensure a smoother online experience.

Did you hear? We may not lag that much now.

The Xbox360 and PC patches are available right now, both of which will automatically be downloaded via Xbox Live and Steam respectively. Considering the PSN is down right now, PS3 owners can expect a patch the minute the PSN comes back online. You can check out the details of these patches at Bethesda's official blog.
