E3 2011: Overstrike Announced

Insomniac Games, the same dudes behind the Ratchet and Clank as well as the Resistance series are now working on a multiplatform game that’ll be published by EA for the Xbox360 and PS3. Overstrike as it’s called is a 4 person co-op action game that’ll combine "Insomniac Games’ flair for exotic weaponry and immersive storytelling with a touch of humor".

As usual, all we got was a CG trailer that really didn’t shed any sort of light on the game at hand. However judging by the trailer we could be looking at something between Team Fortress 2 and N.O.L.F. - or not, considering I’m pretty sleep deprived right about now.
