If wanton destruction is your thing, Red Faction Guerilla was like a wet dream. Using Volition’s proprietary Geo-Mod 2.0 engine, players could decimate pretty much everything in the game - be it buildings, or entire bridges. For some weird reason, Volition have now gone in for a whole survival horror vibe for the sequel that takes place nearly fifty years after Red Faction Guerilla.
