Ubisoft release Assassin's Creed III trailer

Earlier on in the week, GameInformer unveiled the setting and new protagonist for Assassin’s Creed 3. The game will now take place in the latter half of the 17th century in America, as the war between the Templars and the Assassins escalates to a whole new level. Today, Ubisoft unveiled a brand new CG trailer echoing that very setting.



Since this is a CG trailer there isn’t any gameplay to be found in her,e but through the trailer you can get an idea of the game’s combat and the new guy’s ability to bound off trees. It’s not much, but something’s better than nothing, I guess.

Assassin’s Creed III releases for the Xbox360, PS3 and PC by the 30th of October, 2012.
