Atom technologies has partnered with Indian Health Organisation (IHO) to enable payments collection for IHO's plan through its m-payments platform. IHO offer's Health Plan benefits to customers on pre-hospitalisation medical expenses which allow them to enjoy concessional benefits on medical treatments. IHO Health cards are issued to customers who wish to opt for these services. With the introduction of this payment facility through IVR, IHO's customers will have an option to buy health plans over the phone with the help of their credit cards. All a customer needs to do is to call up IHO Helpline number 1800-103-44-66, where they will be informed on various packages offered. Once the customer has decided on a package, they will be connected to atom IVR to buy the plans of their choice. The IVR will guide the customers to enter the card details on their phone's key pad to complete the transaction in a secure and automated environment. After the payment process is completed over the phone, the health cards are sent to the customer by courier. "Our partnership with atom technologies will help create a sustainable partnership and smoothen the payment system for the customers of IHO.
