IBM Introduces Single Wafer Graphene Chip

Graphene will be among the latest substances to be employed in the production of chips. Graphene, is known to be the most thinnest substance in a honeycomb structure, around, since it’s only an atom thick. Now, technology biggie, IBM will use Graphene in its circuit production. The researchers at IBM have been toying around with this concept since 2004, before which they found it painful to deal with lesser thin substances. Super slim
