Machine Turns Waste Paper into Toilet Paper

The Japanese are aces at technology... we've got to hand them that. Here's one more feather in their hat... their "green" hat mind you. They've come up with a machine - they call it White Goat - that can change waste paper into toilet paper. Those working in an office would know the sometimes criminal wastage of paper and the callous attitude people have towards it. This machine can change 40 pieces of A4 paper into a roll of toilet paper in 30 minutes. The machine will cut up the paper, mix it with water and then after flattening, drying and cutting will produce a roll of toilet paper. The company making this machine claims that it costs around six pence (approximately Rs. 4!) to make waste paper into one toilet roll. The machine weighs about 596 kilos and is about 6 feet tall.
