Mumbai Police Bust Piracy Racket

The Social Service Branch of the Mumbai Police busted an audio and video piracy racket at Ambewadi at Dahisar West in Mumbai. The police have arrested four individuals and seized goods worth Rs. 10,13,000. The police raided a 20x10 sq ft room at Amarnath Pande Chawl after receiving a tip-off. The police have seized computers and DVD writers worth Rs. 2,00,000 and CDs and DVDs of English and Hindi films such as Heyy Babyy, Partner, Dhamal and others worth Rs. 8,00,000. |
