A research was done by the university of California to determine whether the use of 3D glasses would affect your eyes. After experimenting on 24 adults, they concluded, that the use of 3D glasses does not only hurt your eyes, but affects your brain as well. The excess use of 3D glasses caused visual discomfort, fatigue and headaches. Some viewers experience Epileptic strokes when they are exposed to flashing lights contained in movie content or video games. 3D viewing also causes altered vision, dizziness, convulsions, nausea, and disorientation in the body. Therefore, parents should monitor their children while they are watching any such content. Cautiously use 3D glasses
