Transcend Announces 8 GB JetFlash

Transcend has announced the availability of an 8 GB version of its USB flash drive - JetFlash V30.

The V30 is 60mm x 16.5mm x 8.1mm in dimension and weighs 7g. It supports Windows 98 SE/2000/Me/XP/Vista, Mac OS 9.0/OS X and Linux Kernel 2.4.2 or later, providing seamless data exchange between different operating systems.

The JetFlash V30 comes bundled with Transcend's JetFlash elite software package that includes eight functions - AutoLogin, PC-Lock, Mobile Favorites, Secret-Zip encryption, Mobile E-mail, DataBackup, Online Update and the My JetFlash browser.

It is now available in 8GB, 4GB, 2GB, 1GB, 512MB capacities, and is backed by a lifetime warranty.
