Update: Nokia has officially announced the Symbian Belle update. It is said to come preloaded in Nokia 700, 701 and 600, which is expected to launch in the third quarter of this year. The update will be available for existing Symbian handsets viz Nokia N8, C7, C6--01, E7, X7, E6 and Oro, but the release date is still unkown. So stay tuned for further updates. While the world is still trying to get familiar with the Symbian Anna update, news about the next Symbian iteration 'Symbian Belle' is already spreading like wildfire through the mobile community. Nokia, on its Facebook fan page, has set a timer saying “Its almost time to try something new” and has at the bottom added words, “Some thing new on Symbian”. According to the countdown timer, the estimated stoppage time will be 24th August, 1:45pm GMT (ie 7:15 pm IST). The funky Flash animation on the fan page was previously called 'Belle teaser', but was later changed later on. Nokia E7 running Symbian Belle (image- symbiantweet.com)
