Windows Phone Marketplace apps cross 30,000 mark

App tracking website, WindowsPhoneAppList, have announced that the Marketplace for Windows Phone now includes more than 30,000 applications, according to a report by BGR. In the last two weeks itself, around a thousand new Windows Phone 7 applications have been launched.
WP7 apps cross 30,000 mark
Whilst this may definitely be dwarfed by Apple App Store’s more than 500,000 apps and Android’s more than 200,000 app listings, it’s definitely a sign that Microsoft’s new mobile OS is taking strides in the right direction. |
