Nvidia Announces Vista Gadget Competition

Nvidia today announced the launch of its Nvidia Windows Vista Competition to design gadgets for Microsoft Windows Vista. Visitors to http://www.nvidia.in can answer a short quiz and upload their gadget for a chance to win Nvidia-powered graphics cards and goodies. The top three gadgets will be awarded: • First prize - XFX Nvidia GeForce 8800GTS (worth Rs. 25,000) • Second prize - BIG Nvidia GeForce 8500GT • Third prize - Sparkle Nvidia GeForce 6200 Vista Gadgets are mini-applications, written in html and JavaScript, which can be designed to do just about anything. The competition will be judged by representatives from Nvidia and Microsoft. They will be looking closely at entries and selecting winners for their usability, links, design and use of Nvidia and Microsoft elements.
