Nvidia Releases Lower End, Rehashed Cards for OEMs

Nvidia Corp has slipped some low end models into the market a few days back. One of the graphics cards – the first of their 300 series – replaces the GeForce 210, and actually is very similar to the 210; whereas the model 205 is also very low on specifications, resembling those of GeForce FX 5600/5700, back in 2003. Specifications of Nvidia GeForce 310 are exactly the same as those of the GeForce 210: with the 589MHz processor paired with 512MB of 500MHz DDR2 memory, and DisplayPort, DVI and VGA ports. It's got regular CUDA and PUREVIDEO feature support, also supports DirectX 10.1 and Open GL 3.1. |
