Vu Technologies launches new Super TV

Vu Technologies has announced the launch of its new Super TV, which is the latest addition to the company’s line-up of LCD and LED flat screen TVs. In terms of design, the Super TV features a bezel, which is edged with clear glass. The touch sensitive buttons are located on the lower left edge of the TV and are easy to identify. The flat screen is mounted on a four-legged chrome stand, which also allows the TV to rotate from side-to-side.

Vu has created the Super TV in a variety of sizes and has also provisioned for a good amount of customization, when it comes to the configuration of the PS, which is part of the TV. The Vu Super TV allows streaming for a wide variety of movies, TV shows, videos and music from Netflix, Amazon Video on Demand. Some of the other features of Vu’s Super TV include a Pure Prism Panel, True Motion Technology, 3-D Digital Combo Filter, 1:1 Pixel Mapping, along with auto backlight control and touch panel buttons. In terms of the ‘on-board’ computer, the Vu Super TV consists of an Intel core i3 processor with 2GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Windows 7 Home Premium and wireless RF keyboard and mouse. The TV includes four HDMI ports for connectivity with external peripherals.  


Additionally, Vu’s Super TV comes packaged with a wireless keyboard for using the TV in PC mode, 3D glasses for viewing 3D content on the TV and a remote control. Also, all of Vu’s Super TV television sets are devised in a way that makes them upgradable in the future. For example, if a customer prefers more feature additions, the already existing mechanisms allow for these changes to be made.
