Creative's SoundBlaster gaming headsets now available in India

Creative has been in the computer peripherals game for a really long time now and over the years, they have established themselves as a name to reckon with for audio products. The company recently launched their new SoundBlaster series of gaming headsets in India, along with the launch of their new range of sound cards. The new headsets include the SoundBlaster Tactic 3D Wrath wireless headset, Draco Junior (HS-430) and Draco Headset HS-850. The new headsets will be available at select stores from the end of April.

The Wrath wireless headset

The SoundBlaster Wrath is a special edition wireless headset that combines Sound Blaster audio quality with a slick design featuring illuminated ear cups housing powerful 50mm FullSpectrum drivers, a removable microphone, integrated volume and mute controls, and uncompressed wireless technology designed to deliver THX TruStudio Pro-enhanced audio on your PC or Mac. The Li-ion rechargeable battery lets you play for up to 8 hours at a time with a single charge. You can recharge your headset even while in use, so you'll never need to put your game on hold. Built around a steel core, the Sound Blaster Tactic3D Wrath Wireless headset is fabricated to withstand the rigors of intense gaming or being chucked in a backpack. This headset is priced at Rs.11,999.

The HS-850

The Creative Draco HS-850 is designed to be a more portable solution with swivel earcups that fold neatly for easy storage. Designed and tuned by top acoustic and gaming designers, the large 40mm Neodymium drivers produce rich bass that is channelled through full-size circumaural earcups in soft leatherette to provide comfortable usage. You also get in-line volume controls on the headset making it easy to control the volume. This is priced at Rs.3,999.

The HS-430

Finally, we come to the Draco HS-430 headset, which is designed for casual gaming. It packs in a smaller 30mm Neodymium driver that manages to produce decent bass, while being small and compact. The headset also features a detachable, noise canceling microphone and hassle free volume controls for convenient usage. This is priced at Rs.1,999.
