Intex Releases Four New DVD Players

Intex has released four new DVD players bringing the total number of Intex DVD models to 14. All four players - N-10, N-20 vk, N-30 and N-40 are DIVx compatible and also read formats like DVD, SVCD, VCD, MP3, AUDIO CD, JPEG and MP4.

These players also have an error correction feature that allows them to run scratched CDs and DVDs. They are also all equipped with standard component and composite video out, coaxial and optical digital audio out connections. And of course it also has the disc resume feature.

Intex N10 and N-30 DVD players come in steel-silver gray metallic bodies. Intex N-40 comes in metallic slate gray semblance. The N-20 vk is also equipped with a Karaoke function and a VGA out so you can watch movies on a TFT or CRT monitor.

Elaborating on the new range Rajeev Rohatgi, Business Manager, Consumer Electronics said,"With DivX compatibility, smart looks and competitive prices, this range is targeted at a consumer who is looking for refined home entertainment. We are progressing in the DVD player segment through focused product-line extension and market development activities. Our target is to grow by more than 100 % in this FY."

Prices for all four fall around the Rs. 3000 range.
