One of the most popular franchises, Star Trek has a cult following of its own, devoted enough to even speak the gutteral, fictional, created-from-gibberish Klingon language. And now Twitter freaks who happen to be Star Trek freaks can tweet in Klingon http://tweetinklingon.com/. The site offers a lot of phrases to choose from which will get translated into Klingon which users can then post on their Twitter accounts. Star Trek's had a good run with the latest movie becoming the tenth-highest-grossing film of 2009, the fifth-highest within North America and has become the highest-grossing film in the Star Trek series. It is also being credited by the media as a reboot of the series. |
