Reliance Launches Fastest Wireless Net Service

Reliance Communications has launched what the company is calling the fastest Internet service in the country.

The service called Reliance Netconnect Broadband Plus will be available in 35 cities which covers 80 to 85 percent potential of broadband users in the country.

Those wanting to avail of the service, will need to buy a device costing Rs. 3500 and select a tariff plan varying from monthly charges of Rs. 299 to Rs. 1750. The service will be available from the next week.

The company has upgraded the software in its network for launching the new service which can offer downlink speeds of upto 3.1 Mbps and a separate uplink speed of upto 1.8 Mbps.
