MSI has launched the X410, preloaded with Windows 7.

A part of the X-Slim series 14" ultra thin notebook family, the X140 weighs in at just 1.5 kg including the battery and comes in a choice of two elegant colours – piano black and silver.

The X410 comes with AMD's 2nd Generation Ultrathin Platform. Consuming only 15 W, the processor consumes 40% of the power of common notebook processors. With AMD's PowerNow! technology, the system is able to run different applications based on their specific power requirements by automatically adjusting CPU speed and voltage. This results in extended battery life, lowered heat, and a quieter operating environment. The X410 uses the ATI Radeon X1250 graphics card and has internal HDMI video and audio terminals that provide 5 GB of image transfer bandwidth.

The MSI X140 costs Rs. 32, 500.

Specifications:

  • AMD Athlon Neo Processor
  • 14” 16:9 Wide Screen Display
  • MSI Exclusive EDS (Ergonomic De-Stress) Keyboard
  • Advanced Power Saving Technology
  • HDMI (High-Definition Multimedia Interface) Output
  • Built-In High Resolution Mega Pixels Webcam
  • 802.11b / g / n Wireless Lan with Bluetooth (optional)
