The iPhone maker, Apple will showcase its latest offering, a range of next generation operating systems for the iPhone and Macintosh computers at the June conference. The event that will be held in Mascone West, San Francisco from the 6-10 June, will see a bunch of Apple’s engineers conduct as much as 100 technical sessions with the assembled developers. Apple was expected to announce the unveiling of its iPhone 5 at the WWDC, as well. However, nothing on this front was ever mentioned.

The next generation software will power the iPad tablet and iPod touch respectively. The OS X software, very recently, completed 10 years of its fiery existence. The iMac on the other hand, is moving towards its third year completion. The iPod is, however, still relatively new in the circuit.
