British phone maker INQ Mobile with Aircel has brought its phones to India and M.S. Dhoni fronts the campaign to publicise the phone.

INQ is a new brand that is backed by Hutchison Whampoa and the phones will be available in over 5,000 outlets.

INQ was first to develop a mobile dubbed the 'Facebook phone' and win the ’Best Mobile Handset’ award at the GSMA event in Barcelona last year.

"There are many imitators. But INQ did it first, and does it best. This is about the real deal," says INQ CEO Frank Meehan.

"We believe the Indian youth want it all - and why not? They want an upmarket product, from a brand that understands their point of view, at a price that's within their grasp. That's INQ."

"Aircel are about innovation so they were the right partner for us in India. They see the future and know that for the bulk of India's youth - the centre of their internet experience will be on mobile."

The INQ Mini 3G and the INQ Chat 3G are the latest phones from INQ and both will be available in India.

The INQ Mini 3G is a slimline mobile, the INQ Chat 3G a QWERTY device. Both multi-task and allow users to switch between applications and their built-in Facebook camera with just one click.
