Phones are getting faster and faster at Internet access, but what about our poor old laptops? AnyData's new USB modem can connect to HSDPA (3.5G), and UMTS (3G) networks and let you browse the web on your laptop without a having to search for a hotspot. The stick is also backward compatible with GPRS (2.5G) networks as well as dual-band GSM (900/1800) and UMTS (2100) networks. The maximum throughput from the device should be around 7.2MBps. |
