Firefox Available on Nokia's Maemo

After rumors that Firefox will be available on Android it has been announced that the browser is now available on Nokia's Maemo platform - specifically on the N900. Firefox for mobile features:
Firefox is the first mobile Web browser to support add-ons - AdBlock Plus, URL Fixer, TwitterBar, language translators and geo guides. With add-ons, users can customize Firefox by adding features that personalize the browser. Users can install add-ons directly from the Nokia N900. Firefox for mobile provides a platform for developers to create applications. Developers can use the latest Web technologies like HTML5, CSS and JavaScript to improve, modify and customize the browser. |
