iPhone 3GS Coming on 26th of March?

19 Mar, 2010, 6:14 pm IST | tech2 News Staff | Mobile phones

Rumors have been floating around about the possible launch of the iPhone 3GS in India sometime this month... (about time Apple!!)While there is a lot of speculation about the date and the service providers, this story by PTI reports that Airtel has confirmed that it will be selling the iPhone 3GS in India and we at Tech2 are reporting that Vodafone too will be one of the service providers to sell the device here.

While the date hasn't been announced yet we at Tech2 have reason to believe that the launch is around the 26th of March give or take a couple of days, which might even push to the first week of April in sync with Airtel's "coming months" announcement.

We haven't been informed of the pricing yet but stay tuned... you WILL know as soon as we do.
