LG Launches 'Chocolate' Clamshell

If you liked the LG Chocolate phone but have something against slider form factors, then hold on till the new MG810 "Black Sapphire" comes here. The MG810 is another Chocolate, but this is in a clamshell form factor. Features remain largely the same as the slider Chocolate - a 1.3 megapixel digital camera, MP3 and AAc playback, Bluetooth support, a 176x220 display along with a 96x96 external color display and 128 MB of memory with no expansion slot. Interestingly, this phone also has an FM tuner, which is likely to make it a hit amongst the local junta. It's already on sale in Brazil for about $465 (approx Rs 22,000). If its priced well (a bit lower than the slider Chocolate), then it might rival the RAZR V3i. I can't wait for this!   |
