Loop Service Center Goes Mobile

Loop Mobile has launched a Mobile Service Gallery, in a bid to provide their subscribers the flexibility to access services at their doorstep. The services being offered at the Mobile Service Gallery are similar to that of any Loop Mobile outlet. Loop Mobile subscribers can now simply step in the van positioned in their neighborhood and enjoy an innovative experience. Exclusively designed by Dilip Chabbaria, the fully air-conditioned van is spacious with comfortable seating arrangements. It is furnished with customer service desks, with three trained executives posted for assistance. Activations of new postpaid and prepaid connections, prepaid recharges via e-top, on-the-spot bill payments, value added services activations and deactivations, SIM card replacement and upgradation, change of mobile number, change of tariff plans and resolution of billing and service queries will be provided at the mobile gallery. With pre-determined geographical areas and routes to cover, the van will visit different areas of the city everyday. Loop Mobile subscribers will be informed a day in advance of its presence in their neighborhood via SMS. The van is equipped with Global Packet Radio Service (GPRS) to provide online connectivity to facilitate activation of any mobile related service. Sumeet Badlaney, Vice President -Customer Service Delivery, Loop Mobile said,” Our new Service Gallery Van is yet another step in delivering our service to where our subscribers either stay or work or travel or shop or study. The fully functional & well equipped van will enable us to provide all the diverse services that our Loop Mobile Stores provide. It will help open up one more touch point to interact with our subscribers; all the while making access to our service effortless. It is also a means of creating maximum visibility & brand impact across the entire city.” The Loop Mobile Service Gallery will be stationed outside prominent locations like Shopping Malls, Theaters, colleges and other popular hangouts. Depending on the response, the company would launch more such mobile galleries for the convenience of its subscribers. |
